When you register for the St. Patrick’s Day 3 Legged Charity Race in Copenhagen, you are required to sign a DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY with the following text:

By entering the 3 Legged Charity Race, both I (Racer 1) and my 3 legged partner (Racer 2) agree to follow the race rules.

We also agree to sign a disclaimer of responsibility stating:

We (both racer 1 and racer 2) acknowledge that the organizers of this event will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property that may occur during and in connection with Shamrock Love’s 3 Legged Charity Race. By signing this disclaimer, we confirm that we are 18 years or older and that we are taking full responsibility for our own safety and well-being. We also give consent for our images and names to be used on digital and social media, websites, and any publications associated with the Shamrock Love’s 3 Legged Charity Race (Databehandleraftale).
